We have just made the big switch to working with the School of Biblical Studies (SBS) here at YWAM Montana again!
How did we get here?
Annie
when Annie was a little girl, she said that she wanted to be a "minister." She had no idea what that meant except that she would get to tell people about God. Fast forward a few years and at the age of 18, Annie recommitted her life to Jesus. Annie knew then, that she had a call to the nations.January 2004 3 week short term mission trip to Russia with Joshua McDowell ministries: visited orphanages throughout Petersburg bringing supplies and sharing God's love.
Aug - Dec 2004 did DTS (Discipleship Training School) in the South Pacific nation of Fiji. 3 months of lecture, two months of outreach. Outreach- lived on a medical ship & traveled to remote villages and islands of Fiji helping meet physical and spiritual needs of the people there.
January 2005 - summer 2007 Lived in Seattle where she did various types of church and vocational ministry.
-fall 2006-
was involved in an outreach to a rural community outside of New Orleans, to help rebuild after Hurricane Katrina.summer 2007 - two week trip to Brazil: received further missional training. Realized then that she wanted further training with YWAM's School of Biblical Studies (SBS)
Sept 2007 - June 2008 moved to Lakeside Montana to do the nine month SBS (met Justin)
fall 2008 - June 2011 staffed SBS at YWAM Montana

married Justin

became a mom
Justin always grew up going to church, but it wasn't until going YWAM Montana to do his DTS that God grabbed a hold of his heart for missions. The minute he walked onto the YWAM Montana campus he knew that his life would be different forever.
present - full time mom and Homeschool Teacher; continuing on the journey as YWAM Montana staff. Serving on base by Co-leading our "Mom's Group" ministry.
Justin
Sept- Dec 2006 did his DTS at YWAM Montana with a two month outreach to Uganda, Africa.
Sept 2007 - June 2008 did the nine month School of Biblical Studies at YWAM Montana (met Annie and knew he had to marry her!)
July - Oct 2008 Did Titus project (the optional outreach portion of SBS) in India and Bangladesh. Taught inductive bible study to pastors and other missionaries who did not have this training.
Oct -Dec 2008 worked as a mission builder at YWAM Montana campus. Helped in the kitchen and in the facilities department with various construction projects on base.
January 2009 officially came on staff at YWAM Montana.
January - July 2009 worked in facilities and kitchen departments on base.

Aug 2009 to June 2015 worked as SBS staff and with Studio 501
-Aug 2010 - 2013-
His daughters Ella, Bennet and Sadie were born and stole his heart forever.
